URPC MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

At ICICORR SAC we are specialists in the field of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for cathodic protection rectifying units (URPC). For this service, our client entrusted us with the repair of their URPCs that were out of operation due to overload problems and high operating temperatures.

Our specialists and technicians carried out the planning for the analysis of the damaged equipment, as well as the necessary tests and corrections to put the URPC into operation. Some of the activities that were carried out were dielectric oil sampling, thermographic evaluation, replacement of damaged components, evaluation of electrical parameters, readjustment of bolts and cleaning of cabinets, making the URPC operational. To finish the service, a talk was given to the client’s maintenance area, providing them with the necessary recommendations to carry out their preventive maintenance.
